4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active. While most carriers provide tracking, real-time updates are not guaranteed for all shipments.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Maison Volkonskaya is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact info@maisonvolkonskaya.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
